With LNN ~95% sold out at VicRoads, plates like this are likely to only be available on the private market. The plate W96 is nice because it has a symmetry/inverse feel to it, but the real value is in the rarity. The 3 character range has taken the country by storm in the last 18 months and growth has been exponential in that time, plates like this have a fantastic growth trajectory, particularly given the modest sell price.
